Ambassador Nguyen Quoc Cuong expresses condolences over the passing of Dr. Judith Ladinsky

We are saddened to learn about the passing of Dr. Judith Ladinsky.
Dr. Judith Ladinsky has been a great friend of the Vietnamese people for many decades. She has devoted her life-long passion and energy to the cause of improving the medical education and health of many people in Vietnam. She has also been an effective force in the normalization and development of the diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the United States. We are deeply grateful for her help and assistance.
It is our deepest sorrow that Dr. Judith Ladinsky has passed away. However, the good works that she has done will live on, so are the memories of her kindness among the many of us.
