Lao Ambassador extended greetings on Viet Nam’s National Day
On August 30, Lao Ambassador Mai Sayavongs, Madame Soumaly Sayavongs and a delegation of Embassy of Lao PDR in the United States visited and extended congratulation to Ambassador Ha Kim Ngoc, Madame Nguyen Thi Phuong Lien and all Viet Nam Embassy staffers on the occasion of the 73rd National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
In the friendly atmosphere of the traditional friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, the two Ambassadors highlighted achievements of the Viet Nam – Lao relations over the past years. The Ambassadors also shared their memories during their works in bilateral cooperation and affirmed their commitment to further efficient cooperation in relations with the host country as well as common activities.
At the meeting, the Ambassadors also decided to hold two Embassies’ annual friendship get-together in October 2018./.
