U.S. architect firm to hold seminar on Vietnam ecotourism
A leading U.S. ecotourism planning and design firm, Andersen Group Architects (AGA), will host a workshop Nov. 5 to discuss Vietnam’s ecotourism in Ho Chi Minh City, the firm announced Oct. 21.
The workshop, “Building a Sustainable Future for Tourism in Vietnam”, will focus on 10 issues facing ecotourism in Vietnam and participants will discuss strategies for ecotourism planning and development in the country, according to AGA.
Those issues, AGA said, are relevant not only to local government authorities involved in the ecotourism sector, but also to tourism project developers and operators, architect firms, tourism consultants and non-governmental organizations.
The event is supported by the U.S. Commercial Service at the U.S. Consulate General in HCMC.
AGA is internationally recognized as the leading authority on sustainable tourism planning and design. For more than 20 years, it has worked for governments, private developers and non-profit groups worldwide.
