Ana Mandara Resort in Vietnam’s central beach city of Nha Trang was recently chosen as one of the three best Asia resorts in a reader poll of American magazine Condé Nast Traveler.
The U.S. magazine announced the poll results, which had 400,000 readers participate, in its August issue.

The resort, which overlooks Nha Trang Bay, also won the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism recognition as the best resort of Vietnam in the 2000-02 period.

Ana Mandara used to be a foreign-invested resort, but became 100 per cent Vietnamese-owned in 2002. For this year’s January-August period, the resort developer reported a revenue of 3.15 million USD, up 900,000 USD compared to the year-earlier period.

Currently, construction of two other Ana resorts is underway. The resort on Ninh Van Island in Nha Trang is scheduled to complete this year, while the other resort in Central Highlands Dalat city will finish in October next year.
